Bio: At the age of 8 years I received my first booklet on Astrology on my birthday; it was my favorite gift. My interest in the occult and metaphysical practices dates back to that time. There was a Metaphysical book store in Detroit near Woodward Avenue that received me as a regular visitor.
Spirit led me to many trainings. I took a Spiritual Healing Workshop at 15 years of age; experienced Yoga, and other bizarre occurrences frequently happened to me. One night a Native American Warrior visited in my bedroom while I tried to sleep. He stood there watching me with folded arms, in pregnant silence; the message unclear to me. Spirit encouraged me to purchase a Tarot Deck back at 15 years also, although I had no idea what to do with it. Two years later, a high school friend showed me this skill.
This was how it began- any healing class that crossed my path beckoned me. In Dallas, TX I saw a well-known psychic named John Catchings. He introduced me to the North Texas Parapsychology Association where I began doing professional readings. Joining the group I felt content at last to meet my extended family. Here we participated in psychic detective work helping the police close unsolved missing persons cases.
Some found psychometry a great tool, utilizing pictures of the crime scene and sometimes an item that belonged to the missing individual. John boasted a success rate of solving 70% of the unsolved missing person’s cases from police. We were his little team assisting him.
A life long journey emerged, continually evolving and refocusing this path in love and acceptance. More trainings, workshops, and classes followed me like a lost puppy. Soon I became Reiki Certified, and we continue this magnificent journey through 4 decades.
